Networked Employee

As part of my research on employing Personal learning environments in workplace, I coined the NETWORKED EMPLOYEE”” concept. a networked employee is an employee with a high level of IT skills, who can create knowledge and network, has valuable asset to share with others, has a digital identity and tries to improve it, share his/her knowledge with others, and use the knowledge of others to revise his/her knowledge and ideas and create new knowledge.
